Maxwell Vehicles LLC Limited Warranty Coverage

Maxwell Vehicles Warrants the ePro Powertrain Conversion on every vehicle upfitted by Maxwell Vehicles. Warranty coverage is effective for up to 3-years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first, after the date the conversion is completed.

Warranty claims pertaining to the ePro powertrain conversion must be handled by an Authorized Maxwell Vehicles Service Representative. Repairs performed without the written approval of a certified Maxwell Vehicles Service Representative may not be covered under the Conversion Warranty. Under some circumstances, repairs by independent agencies may be approved through direct communication between an Authorized Maxwell Vehicles Service Representative and a third party repair agent. In some cases, the vehicle may need to be returned to Maxwell Vehicles for repairs to be honored by the Conversion Warranty. Towing may be included in the Conversion Warranty coverage, depending on the severity of the warranty repair and the location of the vehicle.

The Warranty coverage extends to include any system that has been altered or installed during the Maxwell Vehicles conversion. Coverage does not include damage to any converted system that results from additional modifications or tampering. Coverage does not include damage caused by poor or unauthorized repairs to Maxwell Vehicle conversion systems, or modifications or repairs to any vehicle components that cause premature wear or damage to Maxwell Vehicles conversion systems.

No person, including an Authorized Maxwell Vehicles Service Representative or Salesperson, may, at any point, change or vary the warranties described herein. All inclusions, exclusions and warranty claim coverage is made on a case-by-case basis, based on assessments by an Authorized Maxwell Vehicles Service Representative.
