User Guide

Check out the official Maxwell ePro User Guide to learn more about how to drive and operate your ePro. We've also created a getting started video for folks who just want to hop in and go. A ProMaster at its core, there are only few differences in operation. The User Guide will help answer most frequently asked questions.

General Maintenance

At its core, the ePro is a RAM ProMaster. Many of the maintenance items, spare parts, and service procedures are carryover from the standard ProMaster. Maxwell Vehicles recommends subscriptions to TechAuthority or AllData to assist with any ProMaster specific tasks. For a list of the ProMaster maintenance items on an ePro, see ProMaster Service Items.

If your ProMaster needs Warranty related work for the vehicle systems unrelated to the Maxwell ePro conversion, contact your local RAM Commercial dealer for a service. Note that powertrain systems may not be serviced by FCA service centers at this time. Only non-drivetrain related service should be taken to RAM Commercial service centers. contact Maxwell with any questions about specific service items.

Warranty Service

All warranty-related service and service performed while the ePro is in-warranty should be carried out by Maxwell Vehicles Certified Service Partners, or Maxwell directly.

Independent Service

Certain service items may be performed by either a Maxwell Vehicles Certified Service Partner, an independent shop, or do-it-yourselfers. Note that while the service procedures are presented here for transparency, many of our processes require specialized training, tools and equipment. When electing to perform service outside of the Maxwell Vehicles network, proceed at your own risk.

Towing

Flatbed Tow Only! Towing with wheels on the ground may cause severe damage to the drive systems. Contact Maxwell with any questions on proper towing procedures.
